Mental Capacity Act 2005 – for Staff working with Children, Families or Young People
A half- or (preferably) one-day training session to give participants an overall understanding of how the Mental Capacity Act applies to their work with children, families or young people
Anyone working in a health and/or social care setting with children, families or young people. Ideally all participants should have a similar amount of prior knowledge about the Act.
Venue and timings
Your own training room; we suggest 10.00am–4.30pm (9.30am–12.30pm or 1.30pm–4.30pm for half-days)
