Please note that this session does NOT cover control, restraint or breakaway methods
Workers of any grade who are required to work alone (typically these would be workers who visit service users in their own homes, but could also include workers who meet service users in an office, or a neutral venue such as a café or a park bench)
Venue and duration
Your own training room. A full day is certainly best. We could squeeze the training into a half day if you wish, but you would have to tell us what to cover, and what to leave out.
