To give participants an idea of why people may be reluctant, resistant or poorly motivated, and what they can do about it. NB the “reluctant, resistant or poorly motivated people” in question could equally be service users or members of staff.
Anyone working in a health and/or social care setting. The session would be tailored around the specific needs of the participant group, using where appropriate situations that they themselves experience in their everyday work.
Venue and duration
Your own training room. A full day is certainly best. We could squeeze the training into a half day if you wish, but you would have to tell us what to cover, and what to leave out.
