Aim of course
A half- or (preferably) one-day training to introduce the importance of stress management, both for improving the health of staff and ensuring optimum professional performance.
Adults working in the care sector in a variety of roles including: carers, nurses, cleaners, cooks, domiciliary carers, managers, supervisors, kitchen assistants and office staff. Ultimately if staff are able to cope with day-to-day work pressure they will be less stressed and therefore better able to offer superior care to their service users.
