Safeguarding Knowhow for Provider Managers and Senior Staff
To enable managers in provider settings to fulfil their safeguarding responsibilities effectively, and to work with their partners in the statutory sector to achieve, wherever possible, the outcomes service users wish to achieve for themselves.
Anyone who works in a managerial or senior capacity in a health or social care provider setting (eg residential homes, day centres, supported living, domiciliary care etc). Participants should already have a good understanding of the basics of Safeguarding Adults as this is not an awareness session.
Venue and duration
Your own training room. Two full days are certainly best. We could squeeze the training into one day if you wish, but you would have to tell us what to cover, and what to leave out.
