Stroke Care Awareness
To give participants an overall understanding of how better stroke care can improve independence and wellbeing for people affected by stroke. It can also encourage social participation and help to reduce inappropriate hospital admissions.
Anyone who is caring for a person who has had a stroke - in particular the staff of nursing homes, care homes, domiciliary care agencies, day centres and informal carers.
Venue & duration
Your own training room. A full day is certainly best. We could squeeze the training into a half day if you wish, but you would have to tell us what to cover, and what to leave out.
