Delivery method
These are virtual briefing sessions on “Zoom”. You will access the briefing session using your device (desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smart mobile phone). You will need an internet connection, as well as speakers on your device.
These are live briefing sessions, and you will be able to ask questions in real-time via the chat function on your screen.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have this equipment, and that you can access Zoom.
Cost
The cost is clearly marked next to each session when you click the "Book now" button. These sessions are completely separate from any contractual arrangements that we have with customers.
How to book
Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Most sessions end up being fully booked with a waiting list. We only accept card payments (although if you are one of our regular customers, and you want to book at least 5 places via an invoice, please call or email us directly - we will require a purchase order for this), and you will receive an emailed receipt and full joining instructions within a few minutes of your booking.
