We're looking for new Associate Trainers (January 2021)
Would you like to join our team? If so, please read on, and get in touch. We'd love to hear from you.
We have around 20 trainers on our books. All are carefully selected for their subject matter expertise and for the training skills.
If you have plenty of experience in health and social care, AND you have experience of delivering training sessions, then you might be able to join our team. In particular we're looking for a couple of trainers who can deliver "high-end" Safeguarding Adults training. By which we mean Safeguarding Adults training aimed at experienced staff, including:
- Making Safeguarding Enquiries (S42 Care Act in England, or S126 Social services and Well-being Act (Wales) 2014)
- Chairing Safeguarding Adults Planning Meetings
- Safeguarding Adults for Managers and Senior Staff in statutory organisations (local authorities, NHS Trusts, CCGs etc)
- Safeguarding Adults for Managers and Senior Staff in private, voluntary and independent organisations (care homes, housing associations etc)
An ability and willingness to travel would be a distinct advantage. We deliver training all over the UK, and in normal times the training takes place at the customer's venue. Although we are currently restricted to virtual training, we hope and expect to start going to training venues again when it's safe to do so, maybe from the summer 2021 onwards.
We also want to hear from you if you can deliver any of our regular topics. Click here to view those topics.
Please note, we are not offering a contract of employment. All of our trainers operate on a freelance (self-employed) basis. Some of them have full- or part-time jobs and they fit the training in around their work commitments. Others are fully self-employed. We can offer you help and advice about what's right for you.
If you are interested, please use the "Contact Us" form in the bottom left hand corner of this page. Or just give us a call and ask to speak to David. Whatever your skills, we'll be delighted to hear from you.
