St Thomas Training is the official provider of training in Safeguarding Adults and in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 on behalf of Norfolk County Council and the Norfolk Safeguarding Adults Board.
Please note: this training is available to employees of Norfolk County Council, and to employees and volunteers of partner organisations (ie other health and social care organisations) in the county of Norfolk.
Courses are free for staff who work in Norfolk County Council Adult Social Services, and for unpaid volunteers. There is a small charge for paid employees of partner organisations (from 1st April 2025 – £30.00 including VAT for half days, £60.00 including VAT for full days, and £120.00 including VAT for 2-day courses.)
And if you book two places at the same time you get a third free.

Mental Capacity Act Advanced Practice - Learning Lessons from Court of Protection Cases (CPD for experienced staff) - (Open to experienced professionals in any health or social care setting (eg hospitals, social work teams, residential or community care, GP surgeries etc).
